Kedge Martin

After an early career as a researcher to a MEP and his public affairs business, followed by management consultancy, Kedge went on to build and sell her first business (in newly liberated Poland) in the late 1990s. Returning to the UK, Kedge focused on ‘making a difference’, creating WellChild (now the UK’s leading charity for chronically ill children) before going on to lead the turnaround of Prince Harry’s African charity, Sentebale and advising various members of the Royal Family on philanthropy.

For the past decade, Kedge has been working with international and multi-generational UHNW families and first-generation entrepreneurs, helping them manage and formulate solutions to highly confidential and sensitive ‘people’ issues, along with the complex challenges and opportunities that significant wealth can bring.
